Media and Liverpool fans react to Coutinho magic and late win over Stoke

Following Liverpool’s 1-0 win at Stoke City on Sunday, we round-up the best of the social media reaction during and after the game.

It was an ugly, ugly game at the Britannia Stadium, but late victories like that feel so sweet. Especially when they come against teams as pesky as Stoke.

Philippe Coutinho‘s sensational late strike proved to be the difference between the two sides, on a day when a draw was probably fair.

There weren’t many standout performers, although Dejan Lovren‘s performance at centre-back was certainly a reason for positivity.
