Barcelona B winger Adama Traore is on his way to Liverpool for a medical and negotiate terms on joining the Reds, according to reports.

The story was first reported by more dubious sources earlier in the day, but now Spanish media outlet Sport claim that Adama trained with the Barcelona B team on Monday morning before boarding a plane for England a few hours later.
Sport expect the transfer to go through, subject to a medical, though it’s unsure whether Liverpool are to meet a buyout clause in Adama’s contract, or negotiate a lower fee.
Update: Fabrizio Romano has now reported this too:

Adama, primarily a right winger, has made just one appearance in La Liga for Barcelona’s first-team — a late substitute in a 4-0 win against Granada in November 2013 when he was still just 17-years-old.
Just three days later Adama made his Champions League debut, playing the final eight minutes in a 2-1 defeat to Ajax.
The news of Adama being linked to Liverpool was first reported by respected Spanish broadcaster Gerard Romero last week.

Whether the speculation and reports in Spain are true remains to be seen, but Adama is highly rated in Spain and could prove to be a bright signing for Liverpool’s future.
The Reds have invested in youth elsewhere this summer, with 20-year-old Divock Origi and 18-year-old Joe Gomez arriving to challenge for first-team places and the academy signings of Allan Rodrigues de Souza, Bobby Adekanye and Brooks Lennon.
