Jurgen Klopp will be able to call upon a strong squad for Liverpool’s Champions League play-off second leg against Hoffenheim on Wednesday.
The Reds take on Julian Nagelsmann’s ambitious outfit as they push for a place among Europe’s elite this season, having already won 2-1 in Sinsheim last week.
Welcoming Hoffenheim to Anfield with the advantage of two away goals, Klopp’s side will be confident of another solid performance.
And after the German made five changes to his starting lineup for Saturday’s 1-0 win at home to Crystal Palace in the Premier League, his group is nearing full health.
Leading an open training session at Melwood on Tuesday afternoon, the 50-year-old welcomed Trent Alexander-Arnold and Alberto Moreno back to the fold, after they were rested at the weekend.
Dejan Lovren, Emre Can and Mohamed Salah also took part, having started the win over the Eagles on the substitutes’ bench.
Danny Ward, Kamil Grabara, Marko Grujic, Ben Woodburn, Ovie Ejaria and Danny Ings were involved, too, though whether they will be included against Hoffenheim remains to be seen.
Klopp is still without Nathaniel Clyne, Adam Lallana and Philippe Coutinho due to injury, however.
And academy winger Ryan Kent was also not among those training on Tuesday, with the 20-year-old expected to leave the club on loan this summer, either to the Bundesliga or the Championship.
