The Liverpool lineup for tonight’s League Cup quarter-final against Southampton features Daniel Sturridge up front.
Jurgen Klopp makes six changes from the side that beat Swansea City at Anfield on Sunday.
At the back, Adam Bogdan starts in goal and youngster Connor Randall replaces Nathaniel Clyne at right-back, while the rest of the back four remains the same.
In midfield, Lucas Leiva returns after a one-match ban – and captains the side – he’s joined by Emre Can and Joe Allen, with James Milner handed a rare rest.
Sturridge starts up front, his first start under Klopp, joined by Divock Origi and Adam Lallana in the Reds’ attack.
Philippe Coutinho is not in the squad. Jordan Henderson is among the subs, as is young left-back Brad Smith.
Southampton boss Ronald Koeman names the strongest XI possible for the home side.
Tonight’s match has to be concluded this evening, meaning a draw will see the tie go to extra-time and if required penalties.
Kick off tonight is 7.45pm GMT.
