Lazar Markovic, Steven Gerrard, Martin Skrtel, Alberto Moreno and Lucas Leiva are rested, with Glen Johnson, Joe Allen, Adam Lallana, Javi Manquillo and Jose Enrique coming into the side.
Those five changes will see Liverpool lineup with Johnson, Emre Can and Mamadou Sakho in defence, with a midfield four of Manquillo, Allen, Jordan Henderson and Enrique.
Raheem Sterling continues up front, assisted by returning Lallana and Philippe Coutinho.
Youngster Jordan Rossiter is among the LFC subs, but there’s no Mario Balotelli in the squad.
For Bolton, former Liverpool forward Emile Heksey starts up front alongside Eidur Gudjohnsen.
