Watch Sturridge, Suarez and Gerrard sink Crystal Palace to top Premier League

Watch Liverpool’s first half treble of goals against Crystal Palace at Anfield on Saturday afternoon which saw the Reds move back to the top of the Premier League.

Luis Suarez showed perseverance as he pushed his way through the penalty area to grab Liverpool’s opener.

Daniel Sturridge doubled the scoring four minutes later with a fine individual goal after just 13 minutes.

Steven Gerrard made it three and put the game beyond Palace from the penalty spot shortly before half-time after Raheem Sterling had been brought down in the area, under quite soft conditions, by Dean Moxey.

The Reds conceded yet again from a set piece in the second half – Dwight Gayle getting a header in on goal from a free-kick with 14 minutes to go.

Liverpool will remain in first place for at least 24 hours, with Arsenal playing away at West Brom in Sunday’s 4pm kick-off.
