Warrior redeem themselves with new LFC jacket

After the recent unveiling of the new Liverpool away kit, and leaked images of the new third kit, it’s fair to say manufacturers Warrior were roundly mocked and criticised.

But, the Boston based designers have thankfully followed a similar clean and traditional tone to the new home kit with their design for the “walkout” jacket that the players walk out wearing before games.

The jacket is part of Warrior’s new training range, which is available from this Thursday when the new third kit is officially released too.

The question recently is whether Henrikh Mkhitaryan will be wearing red next season. The latest report in The Mirror claims “sources at Anfield insist their main transfer deal of the summer is still some way from completion”. This contrasts reports from Russian media over the weekend that claimed a deal had been agreed. Time will tell.

Liverpool’s players begin pre-season training on Tuesday morning, where they’ll be joined by new signings Simon Mignolet, Iago Aspas, Luis Alberto and Kolo Toure.
