Dalglish’s un-cut interview with Sky Sports’ Geoff Shreeves after Saturday’s 2-1 defeat at Old Trafford.
Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish has apologised for his angry outburst at reporters following the Reds’ 2-1 defeat to Manchester United at Old Trafford in the Premier League.
Dalglish was left fuming at questions centered around the recent Luis Suarez/Patrice Evra racism row, but has now apologised for his on-screen behaviour.
“All of us have a responsibility to represent this club in a fit and proper manner.”
“That applies equally to me as Liverpool manager.
“When I went on TV after yesterday’s game I hadn’t seen what had happened, but I did not conduct myself in a way befitting of a Liverpool manager during that interview and I’d like to apologise for that.”
